My personal experience at Pho 2000 left me satisfied and craving more. The depth of flavor in the broth and the perfectly cooked meats made every bite a delight. I highly recommend trying the classic Pho Tai with thinly sliced steak and customizing it with fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil leaves, and lime wedges for a truly authentic experience.

Needed a late night quick dinner, we gave Pho 2000 a shot. Sat us immediately, took our order and phood was served real fast. Didn't want a heavy late night meal and this was perfect. Summer rolls were solid, great sauce. The beef and noodles, perfect, like a broth less pho. Not heavy at all, in truth, it felt really clean and dare I say healthy? Place was 3/4 full and people in and out. But it was the several older Vietnamese dudes that came in alone and ate that made it feel authentic.

This is my go-to pho spot. It just feels so familiar and comfortable coming here. The food always tastes great and they are generous with the toppings and limes. I like the staff here because they're quick and leave you alone haha. My order is the #8 oxtail pho. The broth has so much flavor.

First off, they take card (Visa and MC), so ignore that old photo in the Yelp album. I got the combination #1 & #2 with a side of egg rolls and ordered to-go. When I got home and opened the bag of food, I was surprised to find a couple of bags of steamed onions alongside the regular pho vegetable sides. I've never seen that -- even in the SGV. The broth was piping hot even after a 25 minute drive home. The eggrolls were still crunchy too. I'll be coming back to try their oxtail pho!

Went late night and it was super clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The pho here is very delicious.

Pho 2000 in Koreatown totally hit the spot for a steaming bowl of delicious pho. Let me tell you, the broth was the real star of the show. It wasn't just your average pho broth - this one had serious depth of flavor. They must simmer those bones and spices for hours, because every sip was an explosion of savory goodness. Rich, complex, and oh-so-satisfying, it was the perfect base for all the pho goodness to come. Reviews mentioned they have a bunch of different pho options, but I went classic and ordered the pho tai - the one with thinly sliced steak. The meat was cooked perfectly - tender, flavorful, and practically melted in my mouth. Of course, no pho is complete without the fixings. They brought out a plate with all the goodies - fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil leaves, lime wedges, and even some jalapeños for a kick (which I totally added, by the way). Everything was fresh and vibrant, and the perfect way to customize your pho experience. Each bite was a symphony of textures and flavors - the soft noodles, the juicy steak, the crisp bean sprouts, the fragrant herbs, all swimming in that incredible broth. Pho 2000 might seem like your average pho spot, but trust me, the broth elevates everything to a whole new level. Seriously, it's some of the best pho broth I've ever had. Next time, I might have to try one of their more adventurous options, like the oxtail pho. But for now, the classic pho tai with that incredible broth totally satisfied my craving.

Pho is good, egg rolls are also good. Service needs work. Server didn't stop to take our order and missed the drinks and appetizer order. We got our pho but still no drinks or apps, I had to reorder and by the time we got our them we were done with our soups. The place was not busy so that wasn't the issue. Anyway I may come back another time to see if things are better.
